The Korean client generates 65 tons of organic activated sludge every single day, with raw wet sludge holding 85% moisture. Traditional sludge disposal brought heavy troubles: high transportation fees, fast landfill space consumption and severe secondary pollution risks. Our technical team customized a closed belt drying system to make full use of the factory’s surplus industrial waste heat. After commissioning, the machine reduces sludge moisture from 85% to around 10%, cutting sludge volume by over 75% and greatly easing downstream transport and disposal burdens.

Adopting closed-loop circulation design, the dryer avoids random exhaust emissions and maximizes waste heat recovery.
