TENESUN innovatively integrates cooling and ventilation system technologies to launch a low-temperature sludge drying system. The system can dry wet sludge with a moisture content of 83% to below 30%.The system operates fully automatically and intelligently, with low energy consumption and zero pollution.It is specifically designed for sludge drying reduction projects in different fields such as municipal engineering, printing&dyeing, paper-making, electroplating, chemical industry, leather processing, pharmacy,kitchen waste and so on. It helps to take the advantage of the harmless material for subsequent incineration, composting and building materials, breaking through the limitations of traditional drying technologies.
Remote Monitoring System.Customers can remotely monitor and control machines and deeply excavate data by the operating system then to achieve high efficiency and high speed and create greater value for the enterprises.
Pulse Dust Removal System.The system automatically controls the compressed air valve for automatic cleaning. The filter cartridge adopts a high-density polyester fiber filter for excellent filtration, ensuring stable system operation while facilitating installation and maintenance.
Anti-Corrosion Isolation.TENESUN low-temperature sludge drying system utilizes a combination of corrosion protection methods, including refrigerant component isolation protection, anti-corrosion materials and coatings with anti-corrosion paint. PLC + Electronic Expansion Valve.Digital fuzzy recognition of the real-time sludge status and precise control of the cooling capacity distribution pattern through the electronic expansion valve's operation logic, optimizing the heat pump system's circulation flow and ensuring continuous, efficient and stable operation of the drying environment.
Reduce Sludge Weight Up To 80%.Multi-stage integrated energy processing provides powerful drying and weight reduction capabilities.Reductions of over 80% are achieved,taking advantage of sludge for later resource utilization.This overcomes the technical bottlenecks of traditional drying methods, such as high moisture content with dried sludge and weak weight reduction capabilities.
Drying At 35℃-70℃ Low Temperature.The heat pump is operated under a fully closed, low-temperature drying range of 35℃-70℃, ensuring safety and environmental protection. The drained sludge’s temperature is below 48℃, and there is no need to cool secondly and to store directly.
Patent Technology,High Dehumidification Efficiency.Utilizing innovative heat pump technology, which has been awarded multiple invention patents, achieves high air dehumidification efficiency, dewatering over 4 kg per hour per dry watt, resulting in lower weight reduction costs. This saves over 50% energy compared to traditional low-temperature drying machines.
